Two Charged with Theft at Market Basket

7:30 p.m. Jeniffer Rodriguez, 35, of 2 Merrill St. in Methuen, Mass. is arrested at Kohl's on 92 Cluff Crossing Road and charged with willful concealment – theft. Bailed at $620 cash.

2:32 p.m. Keri Ann Polinchak, 43, of 96 Fourth St. Apt. 1 in Medford, Mass. is arrested at Market Basket Super Store on 265 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft.
Kathlene Anne Tracy, 43, of 188 Patrick Road in Tewksbury, Mass. is arrested at Market Basket Super Store on 265 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft. Both bailed at $1,000 personal recognizance.
5:34 p.m. Caller on Park Avenue reporting her neighbor that shares a fence with her property just dumped trash over it. Ongoing issue.
Caller stated her son is outside at this time and will be waiting for a unit.
Spoke with all parties involved, officer was able to work things out with all involved.
9:58 p.m. Brenda Jaqueline Mannion, 37, of 139 Lowell St. in Methuen, Mass. is arrested following an accident at Popeye on 481 S. Broadway St. and charged with driving while intoxicated. Mannion released on a summons.
