Woman Charged with Stealing 40-50 Bras from Victoria's Secret

• 10:13 a.m.: Donna Marie Dispensa, 48, of 28 Yale St., Apt. #1, Lawrence, MA was arrested on a warrant and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism).
• 10:45 a.m.: A burglary was reported on Wheeler Avenue.
• 12:15 p.m.: Nicole Lynn Rondeau, 25, of 20 Greenlawn Ave., Methuen, MA was charged with willful concealment following an alleged shoplifting incident at Kohl's on Cluff Crossing Road.
• 2:19 p.m.: An accident was reported on North Broadway.
• 3 p.m.: A 3-car accident was reported on North Broadway.
• 3:05 p.m.: Three youths were reportedly throwing rocks at passing cars on Cluff Crossing Road.
• 5:40 p.m.: An accident was reported on Stiles Road.
• 5:43 p.m.: Leanne M. Belanger, 25, of 92 Webster Ave., Apt. #1, Chelsea, MA was charged with willful concealment following an alleged shoplifting incident at Macy's on Mall Road.
• 7:25 p.m.: Crystal Vasquez, 25, of 29 Boehm St., Apt. #1, Lawrence, MA was charged with receiving stolen property. She allegedly stole 40 to 50 bras from Victoria's Secret on Mall Road.
• 9:33 p.m.: An accident was reported on Brady Avenue.
