Woman Charged With Theft at Marshalls, Resisting Arrest

Editor's note – The following entries are excerpts from logs submitted by Salem Police.

JANUARY 7, 2013

10:43 a.m. Todd Matthew Gurley, 31, of 104 Stage Road U-A in Hampstead, N.H. is arrested at the Salem Police Department on a warrant and charged with three counts of sale of controlled/narcotic drugs, possession of drugs (M/V) and conspiracy.

11:21 a.m. Subject reports that her child was assaulted by the child's father. Negative on the assault. Parent disciplining a child.

1:06 p.m. Matthew J. Martino, 26, of 40 Forest Lane in Brentwood, N.H. is arrested at Target on 205 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft. Bail set at $5,000 personal recognizance.

1:41 p.m. Julie C. Mirancda, 30, of 32 Phillips St. in Methuen, Mass. is arrested at Salem Police Department on a warrant.

1:44 p.m. Shane White, 17, of 29 Friendship Drive in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 44 Geremonty Drive and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention.

4:35 p.m. Tina A. Paradis, 37, of 47 Lowell St. in Methuen, Mass. is arrested at Marshalls on 265 S. Broadway St. is charged with willful concealment – theft, two counts of theft by deception, default or breach of bail conditions and resisting arrest or detention.

Paradis reportedly took merchandise from the floor and returned if for store credit.  An elderly male was assisting her. They refused to stop for security – they left south on Route 28 in a purple Chevy. Store credit totaled $169.97.

Bail was set at $10,000 cash.

5:01 p.m. Caller is reporting that a man is sitting in his vehicle on Merrill Avenue flashing his high beams into the caller's residence. He believes the man is doing this due to calling the police on him recently.

6:26 p.m. Nicole Denise Carrion, 18, of 9 Shady Lane in Nashua, N.H. is arrested on a warrant for receiving stolen property.
