Woman Slams Truck Into Pole, Arrested for DWI

JANUARY 5, 2013
2:36 a.m. Accident with injuries is reported at 230 N. Main St. Resident reports a single car accident with car on her lawn. Officers advised that the accident was a rollover and the driver was ejected. Barricades set up in the area.

2:43 a.m. Kevin M. Ouellette, 31, of 38 Maplewood Avenue in Methuen, Mass. is arrested on Valeska Lane and charged with simple assault and two counts of criminal mischief. Caller reported he was intoxicated and was throwing and breaking things inside the house. She also reported that he pushed her. He was found outside in front of the house. Bail set at $1,000 personal recognizance.
11:32 a.m. Melissa Donatelli, 43, of 99 E. Broadway St. Apt 12 in Derry, N.H. is arrested at KMart on 161 S. Broadway St. and charged with willfull concealment – theft.

5:51 p.m. Alain C. Bealieu Jr., 42, of 179 N. Lowell St. in Methuen, Mass. is arrested at 91 Millville St. and 48 Dyer Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated. Caller reported that the vehicle w/ trailer was all over the road. Beaulieu was released on a summons.
6:11 p.m. Juvenile, 13, is arrested at Claire's Boutique on 1 Mall Road and charged with willfull concealment – theft. She was released on a summons to her mother.
6:56 p.m. Jacquelyn Plum, 45, of 22 Millville Circle in Salem, N.H. is arrested at Sprint – T Mobile on 294 N. Broadway St. and charged with alcoholism – protective custody. Caller reported Plum was in the store being koud and giving the store clerk a hard time.
JANUARY 6, 2013
7:28 p.m. Alysan Lynn Polito, 20, of 1 Cheryl Road in Windham, N.H. is arrested at the Transfer Station on 101 Shannon Road and charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and a bench warrant.
She reportedly crashed a white pick up truck into a pole, breaking it in half. No wires were down and the top half of the pole was being held up by a suspension cable.
