Local observations took place at 9:30 a.m. Monday.
The annual Memorial Day Parade was held on Monday, May 27 at 9:30 a.m.
The parade began at Windham Center School before traveling down Lowell Road and turning on to Cobbett's Pond Road. The route then finished on Ministerial Road at the Cemetery on the Plain for a short ceremony.
