Arrest Logs - New Hampshire State Police Troop B

CONCORD — The following arrests have been reported by State Police Troop B for the time period of March 29 to April 2. Those listed in the arrest logs are presumed innocent unless they are proven guilty in court. The names of any minors have been omitted.

March 29 — Joseph Wilhelmi, 26, of Goffstown, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence in Bedford. Shae Barbin, 26, of Concord, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension, suspension of vehicle registration, uninspected vehicle, and visual requirement of tires in Salem. Allen Voisine, 47, of Hudson, was charged with DUI in Nashua.
March 30 — George Barton, 26, of Londonderry, was charged with DUI in Manchester. Alyssa Murphy, 29, of Lynn, Massachusetts, was charged with DUI in Manchester. Brinder Llanos, 28, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was charged with five counts of DUI, failure to use the required turn signal and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle in Windham.
March 31 — Brian Thorndike, 39, of Sarasota, Florida, was charged with two counts of DUI, speeding, and lane control in Londonderry.
April 1 — Nicholas Cloutier, 29, of Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, reckless operation and resisting arrest in Manchester. Joanna Greenlay, 30, of Laconia, was charged with transporting drugs in a vehicle in Londonderry.
April 2 — Christopher Tilley, 51, of Peabody, Massachusetts, was charged with disobeying an officer and driving after revocation or suspension in Windham. Jason Cook, 42, of Manchester, was charged with DUI and driving after revocation or suspension in Manchester.
