Child Pornography Lands Windham Man Behind Bars

Some images reportedly depicted toddlers engaged in sexual contact with adult men, according to reports.

David Roth will be spending the next three to six years in state prison after pleading guilty to six counts of possession of child pornography.

The Union Leader reports that the 21-year-old Windham resident waved indictment in Cheshire County Superior Court and pled guilty to all six counts of possession of child sexual abuse images.

Roth, of 8 Jackman Ridge Road in Windham, was arrested in January and charged with distributing child pornography. He reportedly distributed at least three videos from his home computer and another computer at his college in Ringe. No Windham children were reportedly involved.
