Court Date Set for Conflict of Interest Case
The decision was delayed by a judge on Aug. 30.

The Union Leader reported this weekend that an Oct. 11 court date has been set for Windham's conflict of interest case.
According to the paper, the case will be heard at 10 a.m. The decision was delayed by Rockingham Superior Court judge Kenneth McCune on Aug. 30.
Town Administrator Dave Sullivan said at that time that town officials will not have to return to court to hear the decision.

Should the motion to dismiss the ordinance be denied, McCune will schedule a hearing for a later date.
