Five Things: Big Progress From PSNH

As of 12:30 a.m., just over 1,000 PSNH customers remain without power.

1. TODAY'S FORECAST: This morning/afternoon will be partly cloudy with a high of 58. Tonight expect mostly cloudy skies with a low of 39.

2. ROMNEY/OBAMA DUEL IN NH: A wave of politicians are about to apear in the state of New Hampshire with the general election just five days away. The presidential candidates will be among that mix. Mitt Romney is scheduled to appear in Portsmouth and Manchester on Saturday and Monday. Barack Obama will be in Concord on Sunday with Bill Clinton.

3. HOME STRETCH FOR PSNH: The 10 p.m. update on Oct. 31 saw 1,315 PSNH customers still without power in Windham. But that number is a far cry from the over 4,000 who were without power 24 hours prior. Liberty Utilities is showing less than five customers without electricty in town.
