Five Things: PSNH Slowly Restoring Windham
As of Tuesday night, 95 percent of PSNH customers were still out.

1. TODAY'S FORECAST: Another day of potential showers is in the forecast, with a 70 percent chance of rain and a high of 62 on the radar. Expect partly cloudy skies and a low of 41 tonight.
2. WINDHAM DARK FOR HALLOWEEN: While a few have been restored, about 95 percent of PSNH customers are still out as of Tuesday night. Liberty Utilities restored almost all of its Windham customers on Tuesday, with only 180 still in the dark.
3. TRICK-OR-TREAT MOVED, SCHOOL CANCELLED: Saturday, Nov. 3 will be the new trick-or-treat date in Windham, with the times of 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. remaining the same. While many surrounding towns go back to school today, Windham remains cancelled.

4.
