2. THIRD PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE: The final clash between President Obama and Mitt Romney will take place from 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla. The topic of the debate will be foreign policy.

3. SELECTMEN TO TALK RPC: A decision will be made at tonight's Selectmen meeting on which Regional Planning Commission the town will affiliate with. The discussion stems from one that took place on June 4.

4. THIS DAY IN HISTORY: The first parachute jump of note is made by André-Jacques Garnerin from a hydrogen balloon 3,200 feet above Paris.

5. CANDIDATES NIGHT: The Windham Woman's Club will host a candidates night this Thursday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. at Windham Town Hall. The event will be moderated by James Pindell of WMUR.
