Former Chatterbox Location to be Leased by MaryAnn's Diner
The popular Derry spot is coming to Windham.
MaryAnn's Diner, the popular location in Derry, will soon be branching out to Windham, according to a report by the Eagle Tribune.
The diner is planning on leasing out a second location in the former Chatterbox Cafe, located in the Cobbett's Pond plaza, according to the report.
The Derry location is known for featuring political candidates. Just last year, Windham Patch , visiting the Derry diner before his father's all-important vice presidential debate.

The 1950's-themed eatery replaces a business in Windham that showed promise after it was visited by the Food Network for an episode of "Restaurant Impossible."
But shortly after the Food Network visit and renovations, the Chatterbox Cafe up and left the location around Christmas, first saying in a sign on the door that they had suffered a setback and hoped to return before later vacating the property.

The plaza has seen much plenty of business turnover in the past couple of years with the closure of Bella Vino and departure of Shabby Chic to another location in town.
New businesses including Elite Feet Artists Company, Black Moose Country Store and Synfully Sweet Treats have moved in to fill out the plaza.
