
The windows at Searles School will be replaced as part of a community fund drive led by Margaret and Tom Case, after a $100,958 renovation article failed to pass at Town Meeting, the Eagle-Tribune reports July 31.
Selectmen hailed the effort back in June, when they also waived the bid process for the installation of new windows at the Searles School and Chapel, which is on the National Historic Register.
