A long and winding road of campaign appearances today will take Ovide Lamontagne through Windham, as the election looms just days away. The Republican candidate for governor will pay a visit to Windham Junction Country Gift Shop and Kitchen. The appearance will run from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. The stop near the Derry border will be one of six public appearances for Lamontagne today. He will start the morning at a victory rally for presidential candidate Mitt Romney in Newington. There he will travel to Rye and Hampton before the Windham stop. Lamontagne will close out his day in Manchester before attending a spaghetti supper hosted by former GOP opponent Kevin Smith in Londonderry.
