5:06 p.m. Michael Cunningham, 24, of Pinedale Street in Hudson, N.H. is arrested in the CVS parking lot on Indian Rock Road and charged with being a habitual offender and possession of drugs.

1:02 p.m. Kenneth A. Ready, 61, of Highway 111 in La Quinta, Calif. is charged with forgery.
10:45 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported by Park Place Lanes on Rockingham Road.
