NH Business Owners Back Romney [VIDEO]

A state coalition was introduced today in Manchester.

Business owners in the state stood together on Oct. 12 to help introduce the "Small Business Owners for Mitt Romney" coalition at Central Paper in Manchester.

Five speakers shared comments on President Obama as he compares to Romney in this year's election.

Fred Kfoury, owner of Central Paper, kicked off the press conference by holding up a 500-sheet ream of paper.

He compared the stack of his own product to Obamacare, which he said is "2,417 pages and counting."

"I like to call it Obama scare, when you talk about excessive regulations," he said.

Windham businessman Al Letizio Jr. hammered President Obama, much like he did when he invited fellow residents to protest the President's motorcade as it passed by Letizio's business in August.

"The President has no new ideas to fix our economy... (and) the President's ideas have done nothing more than to reduce incentive to grow our businesses and to create jobs," Letizio said.

Jack Gilchrist, owner of Gilchrist Metal Fabricating in Hudson, came under the national spotlight when he spoke at the Republican National Convention.

Gilchrist stood shoulder to shoulder with the other owners as he called Obama a "virtual manager" in his leadership.

"He doesn't go to many meetings, he oversees and manages via his iPhone," Gilchrist said.

He referred to Romney as a "roll-up your sleeves, in the weeds, hands-on leader."

Former Rep. Laurie Sanborn, R-Bedford, who owns The Draft Sports Bar & Restaurant in Concord along with her husband, said that business owners are currently filled with "uncertainty, anxiety and doubt."

"Why would I open a new restaurant and be subjected to hundreds of suffocating new laws," she said.

Perhaps the most emotional was Joe Daley, owner of Daley Landscaping in Nashua.

He went after Obama for recent events held with Hollywood actors, likening the man to an actor himself.

"He feels at home when he's with these famous actors, he feels at ease when he's rubbing elbows with these people," Daley said. "In many ways, these actors are just like him. They are people who play a role. People who pretend to be something they are not. People who memorize their lines and perform in front of millions of Americans on TV."

The following Windham business owners have also joined the coalition:

Anthony Massahos, 21st Century Development Corp

Jon Normington, Windham Junction LLC

Sy Wrenn, Wrenn Construction Services
