According to the paper, the report came during a hearing on HB 336, which would prohibit the retail sale of certain types of fireworks. Co-sponsoring the bill is N.H. Sen. Chuck Morse (R-Salem), who took criticism for his sponsorship this week in a letter written to Salem Patch.
