Prosecution for McMahon Unlikely
A court agreement was reported by the Eagle Tribune this morning.

The Eagle Tribune reported today that it is unlikely that Windham Rep. Charles McMahon will face charges from an obstruction of justice arrest that took place on Nov. 13.
The paper reported that McMahon was scheduled for trial on Wednesday but a court agreement was approved last week. The agreement is conditional on good behavior and can be dismissed in six months after a review hearing.
