Report: 15 Hours of Mediation Produces Two-Year Teachers' Contract
Exact terms of the deal, including potential tax impact, have yet to be released.

For the third time in as many years, the Windham Education Association and Windham School Board have come to terms on a teachers' contract.
Now, once the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed, both sides will look to voters to support the latest deal.
According to the Lawrence Eagle-Tribune, roughly 15 hours of mediation, which extended from Friday into early Saturday, produced a contract that was agreeable to both sides.
Before the proposal can be presented to voters, however, the teachers' union must ratify the deal and then the school board must formally approve it.
Of course, most Windham residents remember that the two sides agreed on a deal this time last year. Voters, however, rejected the compromise at School District Meeting in March.
They'll once again have their say on March 11, 2014.
