The Windham School District has cancelled classes for the third straight day with thousands of residents still without power.
The town has not opened Windham High School as a shelter, which Fire Chief Tom McPherson said would take place only if needed.

There is no word on the rescheduling of Trebuchet Day at Windham High School, which was planned for Tuesday. Last year, dozens of students crowded on the snowy soccer field for the annual event.
