Skate Park Status Update Coming Tonight
The Board of Selectmen will meet at 7 p.m.

The Windham Recreation Committee will provide a status update tonight on the Griffin Park skateboard park, which the Board of Selectmen voted to permanently shut down earlier this month.
Selectmen voted 5-0 at the April 8 meeting to take apart the park. Recreation Committee Chairman Dennis Senibaldi will update the board on the park as it pertains to the feasibility and related costs of its relocation.
In previous meetings, Senibaldi has suggested the possibility of moving the park behind the Windham Police station.
