The Art of Customer Service and the Threat of Indifference

A workshop is taking place on Oct. 9.

All members of the local business and non-profit community are invited to a workshop entitled “The Art of Customer Service and the Threat of Indifference”.  How is customer service art? From the moment you or one of your employees comes in contact with a customer, your company has a chance to make a positive impression. It becomes an art form when you might not be in the mood make a positive impression, but need to do it anyway. Fail at making a positive impression and the threat of indifference looms. Indifference kills businesses.

This workshop will be lead by Al Getler, Publisher of The Eagle Tribune, The Andover Townsman, The Derry News, The Haverhill Gazette, The Andovers Magazine, and MVB Magazine.  Al lives in Windham and knows indifference exists in our community.

This FREE Business Education Seminar is open to all members of the local business and non-profit community and is scheduled for Tuesday October 9th from 5:30-7:30pm.  The local business host is Windham Pilates & Wellness Center, which is located at 46 Lowell Road.  Light refreshments will be served.
