To Avoid Conflict, Salem Police to Prosecute Windham Case

The Eagle Tribune reported today that a Windham case featuring two local Selectmen as defense lawyers will be prosecuted by Salem Police to avoid a possible conflict.
The case, involving Jeffrey Yennaco, 40, of 8 Hidden Valley Road, stems from a dispute on March 14. According to the paper, police said Yennaco threatened and assaulted his estranged wife. Yennaco has been charged with criminal threatening, reckless conduct and simple assault.
Selectmen Ross McLeod and Kathleen DiFruscia are representing Yennaco.
