Village Bean Donates Part of Beverage Sales to Bombing Victims

The local coffee house did its part to give back to the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings.

One Windham business was pleased to give back this weekend to those who were impacted by the deadly bombings at last week's Boston Marathon.

The Village Bean donated 10 percent of all Saturday and Sunday beverage sales to the One Fund Boston, Inc., which was established by Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick and Boston Mayor Tom Menino.

The purpose of the fund is to act as a central donation channel for those who wish to help the victims and their families.
