12:22 a.m. Joshua Alix, 20, of 3 Spruce St. in Windham, N.H. is arrested on Spruce Street and charged with two counts of simple assault.

3:09 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported by Interstate 93 south on Indian Rock Road.

8:24 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on Rockingham Road near the Derry Line.

10:10 p.m. Suspicious vehicle is reported in the St. Matthew Church lot on Searles Road.

APRIL 15, 2013

12:01 a.m. Michael Lagasse, 21, of 4 Lester Lane in Derry, N.H. is arrested on Fellows Road and charged with three counts of theft; all other.

8:23 a.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported at Oasis Gas & Mini Mart / Dunkin' Donuts on Rockingham Road.

8:42 a.m. Sex offenses are reported on Turtle Rock Road.

10:24 a.m. Juvenile offenses are reported at Klemm's Mobil on the Run on Indian Rock Road.

4:35 p.m. Criminal mischief is reported on East Nashua Road.

APRIL 16, 2013

12:20 a.m. Andrea Jane Jennings, 46, of 9 Blackstone Drive Apt. 76 in Nashua, N.H. is arrested by Early Years on Indian Rock Road and charged with driving or operating under influence of drugs or liquor.

4:19 a.m. Suspicious activity is reported on Galway Road.

11:56 a.m. Suspicious activity is reported on Viau Road.

3:32 p.m. Suspicious activity is reported on Lowell Road.

4:40 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on Haverhill Road.
