A 24-year-old Windham man was arrested in Georgetown, Mass. early Saturday morning on several charges including driving under the influence of alcohol, according to the Newburyport Daily News.
The paper reported that Justin McGrail of 53 Haverhill Road was arrested at 3:55 a.m. He was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene after property damage, failure to stop for police, marked lanes and speeding in violation of special regulations.
