Windham Man Cops Plea in Sexual Assault of 15-Year-Old Girl
20-year-old man allegedly attempted to have sex with girl at local business.
A Windham man, accused of forcing himself on a 15-year-old girl at a Windham bakery, has pleaded guilty to sexual assault charges in exchange for a reduced sentence.
According to the Union Leader, 20-year-old Matthew Hand will serve a year in county jail after pleading guilty to two felony counts of felonious sexual assault.
The arraignment, which also provides a suspended two- to four-year prison sentence and two years of probation, must still be approved by a Rockingham County Superior Court judge, according to the report.
