Summer is winding down in New Jersey, but there are still some good opportunities to make the most of warm days and long nights before cooler weather sets in and the calendar fills up with fall activities.

Luau Food Truck Festival
Enjoy a luau-themed food truck festival at Laurita Winery on Aug. 23 and Aug. 24. Attendees can wine and dine while listening to live performances all weekend, plus local vendors.

Fireworks On the Beach
Join Jenkinson’s Boardwalk on Aug. 28 as they light up the sky with their weekly Fireworks Show on Point Pleasant Beach. The show will run from 9:30-9:45 p.m.

BBQ & Craft Beer Festival
On Aug. 30, the annual BBQ & Craft Beer Festival will return to Monmouth Park for three days with over 40 craft beers, nearly 20 of the area's top pitmasters and live music.

NJ Clearwater Festival
NJ’s oldest festival of music and environmental awareness is rolling into Asbury Park on Aug. 30 at 11 a.m. Attendees will be able to enjoy music, food, and get information on how to protect the earth.

The festival will take place at 1305 Main Street, Asbury Park.

Breakfast Car Show
Check out an amazing collection of cars and enjoy breakfast at Silver Diner for their Labor Day Breakfast Car Show on Sept. 1. The event will run from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Ocean County Irish Festival
Enjoy food, craft vendors, live music, pipe bands and more at the 9th Annual Ocean County Irish Festival on Sept. 6 at Manahawkin Lake Park.

Bayzara Beach Music Festival
Take part in a two-day beachfront music festival on Sept. 6 and Sept. 7 on the Bayshore of New Jersey. There will also be DJs spinning in between each act.
