'Armed And Dangerous' Man Wanted Across Multiple States

NEW JERSEY - A 35-year-old man is wanted in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware for multiple crimes and should be considered armed and dangerous, according to police in Newark, Delaware..

Kevin Kistler, of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, stands at around 6-feet tall and weighs between 200 and 250 pounds. He was last seen with a clean-shaven head and a full, dark shaded beard.

He is "heavily tattooed" with marks on his arms, hands, and neck.

Newark Police confirmed Kistler is wanted in multiple states for the following:

• Newark, Delaware (stalking and harassment)
• New Jersey (aggravated assault, theft of a vehicle, and terroristic threats after a situation on Nov. 8)
• Chester County, Pennsylvania (probation violation in connection to an August 2024 case, misdemeanor marijuana possession, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, careless driving, and a number of registration and traffic violations)
• Cecil County, Maryland (parole violation in connection to an assault case)

He is scheduled to make a preliminary court appearance on Dec. 12 for his Chester County charges.
