ICE, FBI Raid Ends In 4 Arrests In Collingswood
On Tuesday, FBI activity along with the presence of ICE agents in the area caused concern among residents.
COLLINGSWOOD, NJ — Four people were arrested in Collingswood Tuesday as part of a joint operation with the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the FBI.
In speaking to Patch, an ICE Spokesperson confirmed that “personnel from ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations’ Newark Field Office arrested four individuals found to be illegally present in the U.S."
On Tuesday, FBI activity along with the presence of ICE agents in the area caused concern among residents. Authorities descended upon Crestmont Terrace in the morning in what local police had said involved a potential victim in a case of fraud. Collingswood police were not directly involved. officials said.

The following individuals were arrested in the operation:
- Lawrence Delaney, a 34-year-old citizen of the United Kingdom.
- Michael Delaney, a 38-year-old citizen of the United Kingdom.
- Edgar Ramirez-Segura, a 36-year-old citizen of Mexico.
- Angel Lesama-Padilla, a 47-year-old citizen of Honduras.
Lesama-Padilla was previously ordered removed on May 30, 2002.

"U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is executing its mission of identifying and removing criminal aliens and other individuals who have violated our nation’s immigration laws," the spokesperson told Patch. "All aliens in violation of U.S. immigration law may be subject to arrest, detention and, if found removable by final order, or subject to removal from the United States."
