Snow lovers can rejoice knowing there's another potential round of snowfall on its way to NJ this week. Here's the latest:
NEW JERSEY - Snow lovers can rejoice knowing there’s another potential round of snowfall on its way to the Garden State this week.
After a fierce winter storm dropped over 13 inches of snow on parts of New Jersey, the next round is poised to hit the state Friday night into Saturday, bringing with it a 40 to 60 percent chance of 1 inch of snow or more, the National Weather Service said in a forecast discussion.
The chance of 2 to 3 inches of snow for the region remains around 40 percent or less, forecasters said.

“The current timing … would make snow the dominant precipitation type across the majority of the region,” the weather service said. “However, the quick moving nature of the system (looking to exit the region around midday Saturday) means that accumulation will likely remain somewhat limited.”
If you’re planning to venture outside on Valentine’s Day, expect sunny, dry skies and highs in the 30s - although wind gusts up to 25 mph will make the air feel chillier.
