NJ Snowfall Totals: See Latest Town-By-Town Measurements

There was measurable snowfall recorded in 19 of the state's 21 counties after Sunday's storm. Check the totals here:

NEW JERSEY — More than half a foot of snow fell in parts of New Jersey on Sunday as a winter storm moved over the state, according to the National Weather Service.

And that snowfall will be here to stay, as temperatures will be bitterly cold for most of the week, forecasters added.

Sparta Township in Sussex County and Kinnelon Borough in Morris County saw exactly 7 inches of snow, the latest totals from the NWS show. Towns in Passaic, Warren, and Somerset counties also had to contend with 6 inches of snowfall or more.

A Cold Weather Advisory will also be in effect for much of the state from Monday at 6 p.m. until Wednesday morning. Temperatures will drop into the low teens overnight.

"Watch for icy areas on untreated surfaces, and also for areas of blowing and drifting snow," forecasters advised.

Measurable snowfall was recorded in all counties except Cape May and Cumberland, per the NWS.
