"Drenching rain will cut across the lower part of the Ohio and Tennessee valleys, the southern Appalachians and part of the mid-Atlantic from Friday night to Saturday evening," AccuWeather forecasters said.
It could make for some slick conditions Saturday morning.

The rain continues through Saturday morning, forecasters said. It should taper off by midday, though some coastal areas may have some lingering rain before things fully clear up.
Most areas will get between one-quarter and one-half inch of rain, though north of I-78 may see even less rain than that, National Weather Service forecasters said.

Saturday: A slight chance of rain before 1 p.m. Cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 49. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
