See The 10 NJ Zip Codes Among Most Expensive To Buy A House In America
Recently-released data from Zillow shows that 10 New Jersey ZIP codes were among the most expensive places to buy a house in June.
NEW JERSEY — As home prices continue to rise in New Jersey and across the nation, recently-released data from Zillow shows that 10 Garden State ZIP codes were among the most expensive places to buy a house in the month of June.
Several of these ZIP codes have homes with a typical value of more than $2 million, Zillow data shows. The average home value in New Jersey is $487,868, up 4.4 percent over the past year, Zillow said. The median number of days before a seller accepts a buyer’s offer is 15 days in New Jersey.
The highest typical home values in the state are in Deal (Monmouth County), where prices increased in June to $3.223 million, compared to $3.19 million at the end of May.

These numbers reflect a weighted average of all homes in the middle of the market, and are calculated with the Zillow Home Value Index.
According to Zillow, the average United States home value is $348,126, up 1 percent over the past year, and homes go to pending in around 11 days.
