Brownstone Pancake Factory, Various Locations
Lovefood writes: "This pancake house is so legendary that Fieri visited the joint twice. Founded in 1968, Brownstone Pancake Factory has been piling plates with pillowy pancakes for over seven decades, and it continues to draw crowds. During Fieri’s first visit in 2008, he invented the Buffalo Chicken Pancake Wrap, an oversized pancake stuffed with Buffalo fried chicken, mozzarella, roasted red peppers and blue cheese. It remains one of the restaurant’s bestsellers today."
The Grilled Cheese and Crabcake Co., Somers Point
Lovefood writes: "As if the name wasn’t enough of a giveaway, this family-owned New Jersey favorite serves up stellar grilled cheese sandwiches and creamy crabcakes. Opt for the Fieri-approved Crab Melt, which features a house-made Maryland crab cake, fresh tomato and Monterey Jack cheese, all sandwiched inside buttery, toasty bread. Fans of the show may also want to get their hands on the host’s personalized option — The Triple D Melt features two slices of bread stuffed with smoked Gouda, smoked bratwurst, onion rings, a fried egg, pepper Jack cheese, jalapeños and sriracha."
White Manna Hamburgers, Hackensack
Lovefood writes: "Serving up sliders since 1946, this tiny hamburger joint is the stuff of legend. Not only is it popular with Hackensack locals, but it’s also a must-visit destination for anyone traveling through New Jersey. The menu is old-school, with just a handful of options freshly prepared. The patties are smashed with onions and cheese, then stuffed into a potato roll. It’s not only Fieri who is a fan — even the late Anthony Bourdain visited for his show, 'Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations.'"
