Trump's Controversial NJ Prosecutor Confronted, Office Ransacked, U.S. Attorney General Says
U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi indicated that the suspect has not yet been found.

The office of Alina Habba, Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, has been ransacked, according to U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi.
According to Bondi, somebody entered Habba’s office on Wednesday night and confronted her before destroying property in her office and fleeing.
Bondi indicated in an X post that the suspect has not yet been found.

“Any violence or threats of violence against any federal officer will not be tolerated. Period,” she wrote. “This is unfortunately becoming a trend as radicals continue to attack law enforcement agents around the country…We will find this person, and the individual will be brought to justice.”
Bondi added that Habba is “ok” following the incident.

"I will not be intimidated by radical lunatics for doing my job," Habba later posted on X.
New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy also commented on the situation, saying he was grateful to hear Habba is "safe and unharmed."
"It is absolutely unacceptable to make threats against federal officials," Murphy wrote on X. "Political violence has no place in our nation."
Habba, who was previously President Donald Trump's personal attorney, has made headlines lately after a judge ruled that she is unlawfully serving as the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey. The ruling and its appeals have caused delays in court cases across the state.
