Applications On Adjacent Buildings On Agenda For Planning Board

The applications are for the addition of 24 residential units to a building on Main Street and the connection to a neighboring building.

ASBURY PARK, NJ - The Asbury Park Planning board will be hearing two applications during Monday night’s meeting for neighboring buildings.

The first application was discussed at the June 21 planning board meeting and is for the addition of 24 residential units to an existing mixed-use building on 316 Main Street.

The other application on the meeting’s agenda is an amendment to the final site plan at 700 Bangs Avenue to amend the parking and first-floor floorplan to connect with the building on 316 Main Street.

The meeting is scheduled for Monday at 7 p.m. at council chambers at borough hall.
