Asbury Park's Culinary Education Center To Offer Lunch, Dinner

The Culinary Education Center will be offering a three-course lunch, a six-course tasting menu for dinner, and baked goods for sale.

ASBURY PARK, NJ – Brookdale Community College’s Culinary Education Center of Monmouth County (CEC), located on 101 Drury Lane in Asbury Park, will be offering lunch starting Sept. 29 through Nov. 9 and dinner from Oct. 20 until Dec. 1, Tuesday through Thursday.

Lunch service is from 12-1 p.m. and is $15 for a three-course lunch, beverages included. Reservations are greatly appreciated but not mandatory, and seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis without a reservation.

Dinner service is from 6-7 p.m and is reservation-only. The cost is $30 per person for a six-course tasting menu.

The CEC will also accommodate group reservations and close the dining room for the event. For lunch service, they will take parties up to 40 and up to 30 people for dinner service.

“Come see why our alumni are working in some of the region’s best restaurants and becoming household names on national TV,” said Brookdale’s Professor of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management, Michelle Zuppe, said in a statement.

In addition, there are baked goods for sale, including cake pops, cupcakes, truffles, cookies, bread, rolls, bagels, pastry platters, gingerbread houses, cakes, pies, and more.
