Beloved Ocean Township Bar Closing
Main Street Bar & Grill on Rt. 35 in Ocean/Neptune will be permanently closing their doors at the end of the year.
OCEAN TOWNSHIP, NJ — Main Street Bar & Grill on Rt. 35 will be permanently closing their doors at the end of the year.
They were bought out by local Jeep dealership Sea View Auto Corp., which will open an outpost there for car repairs, 94.3 The Point reported.
The bar announced their closure on their Facebook page Nov. 10.

"This post is to let everyone know that it is with great sadness we have to announce Main Street (Ocean Twp.) will be officially closing at the end of this year. Thank you to all of those who have supported us throughout the years. Please stop in and see your favorite servers and bartenders. Everyone wants to say their goodbyes. We still have about 6 weeks so let’s make it great ending. Thank you all again for the amazing support!"
