ASBURY PARK, NJ — Jersey Shore chef and restaurant owner David Viana will compete as a contestant on Guy Fieri's "Tournament of Champions," at 8 p.m. this Sunday, March 2 on Food Network.
Viana and his wife, Neilly Robinson, own Heirloom Kitchen on Rt. 516 in Old Bridge and critically acclaimed Lita, the Portuguese/Spanish restaurant on Rt. 34 in Aberdeen, plus La Otra, the cocktail bar next to Lita, in what used to be Eli's Bagels.
They also own Heirloom at The St. Laurent in Asbury Park, which is currently being re-branded and re-named Judy & Harry's, with an entire menu revamp that will now serve Italian fare.

Viana is the executive chef at all the restaurants. Lita was named a 2024 James Beard semifinalist. Lita was also named to Esquire's list of the "Best New Restaurants in America, 2023," and was the only restaurant in New Jersey to make that list. Heirloom Kitchen in Old Bridge was named one of USA Today's best restaurants in 2024.
This is Viana's first time competing on Fieri's show. He will compete against 16 other chefs from across the U.S. and one talented chef will win it all and be crowned champion, taking home the coveted Tournament of Champions belt and a $150,000 cash prize.
