Limp Bizkit's Stone Pony Summerstage Show Postponed

The show, scheduled to take place Friday night, was postponed just hours before doors were supposed to open.

ASBURY PARK, NJ – Friday’s Limp Bizkit show at the Stone Pony Summerstage was postponed a mere hours before doors were slated to open, according to a statement posted to the venue’s Facebook page.

In the post, the Asbury Park-based venue apologized for any inconvenience and noted that information regarding a new date will be announced on their website.

"Unfortunately tonight’s Limp Bizkit show at Stone Pony Summer Stage has been postponed," the 4:42 p.m. statement read. "Please look for information regarding a new date to be announced shortly at www.stoneponyonline.com and an email from Ticketmaster will be sent to all purchasers who purchased online. We are sorry for your inconvenience."

The Stone Pony also said that an email from Ticketmaster would be sent to all purchasers who purchased online.

It was not immediately clear why the cancellation occurred.
