Wind-Whipped Blaze Tears Through AC Townhomes (wobm.com) — Atlantic City firefighters and police rushed to a fierce townhome fire on the 1100 block of Arctic Avenue, evacuating neighbors and containing heavy flames that gutted one unit and damaged two others. More than 40 first responders battled wind-driven conditions, called a second alarm, and ensured four juveniles were evaluated on scene, with no serious injuries or hospitalizations reported.
