3 Charged With Heroin Possession In Little Egg Harbor: Police
Three people were arrested on drug possession and drug paraphernalia charges earlier this month, Little Egg Harbor police said Sunday.
LITTLE EGG HARBOR, NJ — Three people were arrested on drug possession and drug paraphernalia charges earlier this month, Little Egg Harbor police said Sunday.
The police department’s Street Crimes Unit and Patrol Division conducted three simultaneous pedestrian stops in three separate locations near Mathistown Road on Nov. 3 at 2:20 p.m.
The probable cause for the stops was established during a previous narcotics related investigation. A search of the individuals resulted in the seizure of quantities of heroin and related paraphernalia.

Scott R. Somers, 30, of Little Egg Harbor was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and conspiracy to possess CDS. Somers was released pending future court proceedings.
Donald R. Overstrud, 30, also of Little Egg Harbor, was charged with conspiracy to possess CDS, and released pending future court proceedings.

Erron M. Gransden, 35, of Eagleswood was charged with possession of CDS and released pending future court proceedings.
