Former Stafford Police Dispatcher Sold Drugs During Work Breaks : Indictment States
Donna M. Frate, 41, of Barnegat, was indicted with three other people, according to report.

An Ocean County grand jury has indicted a former Stafford Township police dispatcher with selling drugs during her work break, according to app.com.
Donna M. Frate, 41, Periwinkle Drive, has been charged in an 11-count indictment that she sold drugs in a conspiracy with three other people.
The indictment, handed up by the jury on Oct. 26, accuses Frate and Thomas F. Malone, 36, Mill Creek Road, Stafford Township, with possession of oxycodone, possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute, and distribution of oxycodone on April 20, May 2 and May 6 in Stafford Township.

Frate hasn't been employed by the Stafford Police Department since June, said Stafford police Lt. James Vaughn.
Malone is charged with an additional count of possessing oxycodone on May 17, according to the indictment.
Frate, Malone and two others, Mark A. Jung, 57, of Mizzen Way, Waretown, and Peter A. Frate, 34, also of Periwinkle Drive, Barnegat, are charged with conspiring to possess oxycodone, a narcotic painkiller, on May 6.
Frate and her co-defendants were among 20 arrested during "Operation Southern Shield" conducted by the Southern Enforcement Unit of the Ocean County Prosecutor's Special Operations Group back in June.
