He is survived by his beloved son, Devin Elliott; loving parents, Carl and Virginia Elliott; cherished sister; Cristi Elliott; devoted nieces, Monica and Gina.
A Memorial Gathering will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 31 with a Memorial Service at 4:30 p.m. at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
