Ralph Triboletti charged an elderly homeowner $173,000 for materials that were never delivered and work that was never done.

An Ocean County grand jury has indicted a contractor for Superstorm Sandy fraud after he scammed two Tuckerton homeowners by taking thousands for work he never completed, a spokesman for the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.
Ralph Triboletti III, 50, the owner of Trimore Construction, charged one elderly victim $173,000 for building materials that were never delivered and for labor that was never performed, spokesman Al Della Fave said.
Triboletti also scammed another homeowner out of $21,000 for a home elevation project he never completed, according to the indictment. Superior Court Judge James Blaney set his bail at $20,000 and Triboletti was released, Della Fave said.
