Santa Run To Tour Through Barnegat In December

BARNEGAT, NJ — The holidays are just around the corner, which means Santa Claus will soon be making his rounds through Barnegat.

Barnegat Volunteer Fire Company Station 11 will escort Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus through Barnegat neighborhoods from Dec 4 - 13.

An open house will be held at the firehouse on Dec. 4 with photo opportunities with Santa Claus for children.

The fire department published the Santa Run route schedule on their website detailing dates and times of arrival in each section of Barnegat.

Here’s this year’s schedule:

Dec 4, Saturday: Windward section start time 5 p.m. Fire house open house to follow after detail.
Dec 5, Sunday: Timbers section start time 5 p.m.
Dec 8, Wednesday: Carriage Way and Ocean Acres section start time 7 p.m.
Dec 11, Saturday: Settlers section start time 5 p.m.
Dec 12, Sunday: Pebble Beach and Atlantic Heights section start time 5 p.m.
Dec 13, Monday: Brighton and Pinewood section. Start time 7 p.m.

Santa's convoy cannot travel down cul-de-sacs or dead end streets. The fire department advises residents in those areas to walk to the nearest main road to see Santa's convoy.
