Stretch Zone Opens 3rd NJ Location In Barnegat

BARNEGAT, NJ — Stretch Zone, a facility focused on health and wellness, has opened its newest location in Barnegat.

At its location on West Bay Avenue, Stretch Zone offers practitioner-assisted stretching that utilizes a proprietary strapping system to position and stabilize muscles.

Certified practitioners perform a series of dynamic stretches to increase mobility, muscle function and active range of motion, which can help improve posture and reduce stress, according to Stretch Zone’s website.

The Barnegat location is the third Stretch Zone site in New Jersey, though Stretch Zone has studios throughout the United States. All studios offer people’s first 30-minute stretch for free.

“Thank you for choosing Barnegat,” Bille said before he cut the ribbon. “I think this is going to be something great. I wish you all the best of luck.”

Stretch Zone’s hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
