UPDATE: More Charges For Little Egg Man Arrested On Numerous Child Porn Charges, Second Victim May Be Involved

A Little Egg Harbor man is facing additional charges related to child pornography after his arrest earlier this week, a spokesman for the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.

Milton Cortina, 39, Lakewood Court, was arrested recently and charged with six crimes related to aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual conduct and child pornography, said county and township investigators.

Sgt. Jeff Flynn said the agency would suspend Cortina. State pension records showed Cortina earned $51,074 plus $1,535 in overtime in 2015.,

The arrest follows an investigation that began in December, said Ocean County Prosecutor's Office spokesman Al Della Fave.

The Prosecutor’s High Tech Crime Unit and Ocean County Sheriff’s Department CSI also assisted. Search warrants were executed on multiple electronic devices Cortina owned, Cortina which provided significant digital forensic evidence, he said.

The discovery of a second juvenile female victim resulted in more charges of possession of child pornography and invasion of privacy, Della Fave said.

Cortina is lodged in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River pending a detention hearing. Nicole's Law (no contact with victims) has also been implemented, he said.
