Basking Ridge Family Is Serving Up Fresh Lobster Rolls
Basking Ridge resident Don Szymanski and his family are bringing freshly caught Maine lobster slathered in melted butter to the area.
BASKING RIDGE, NJ — From the waters of Maine, Basking Ridge resident Don Szymanski and his family are bringing freshly caught lobster slathered in melted butter to the area.
Szymanski opened his own franchise location of the South-Jersey-based Mystic Lobster Roll Company at 403 King George Road in the Dewy Meadow Village in Basking Ridge.
A true family-run business, Szymanski said he runs the eatery with his wife and daughter, who is a Ridge High School student. He also employs about five of his daughter Staci's friends.

The Mystic Lobster Roll Company offers traditional lobster rolls that are made without any fillers.
"There are no additives just lobster meat. They cook and clean them and we serve them," said Szymanski.

Along with lobster rolls, the menu offers lobster tacos, lobster bisque, lobster mac and cheese, sliders, dessert, and a kids menu.
"It's fresh, great food - something I think people should try. Something different," said Szymanski.
Szymanski noted he is "always looking to improve the menu" and will soon be offering crab legs and crab cakes.
